If you do not see an item you would like to have at your catering, you can request it. Our cooks are very diverse and can prepare almost any dish. We always provide a healthy serving for each person, however, if you feel your company may have a bigger than normal appetite, we recommend an extra pan of certain foods, i.e. our macaroni pie.
